To those affected by a heart defect:

Sleepy baby

January 7, 2007 at 6:21 pm by Mom & Dad

Haven is still trying to stay comfortable despite her upset stomach. We are still awaiting the results from the tests to see if there may be any infection. She slept most of the day and has been awake and bright-eyed this evening. Hopefully she will recover quicker than it takes us to figure out what’s wrong 🙂 .

It was so good to see Haven with her chest closed and her size back to normal, even though we thought she was beautiful all along. We were sorry that she didn’t feel well, but her sad little faces are precious. We were happy to just let her rest while we were there. Her daddy and mommy and the hospital staff are taking good care of her. Lots of love!

Upset tummies are no fun. Hopefully Haven will get better soon so she can keep that formula down. She has the biggest, prettiest eyes. I love the picture of her looking at Mom. As always, many thoughts & prayers.
